We are proud to introduce the partnership behind Maison du Volley.

Meet Katerina Koci Charlier, our Experience Curator, and Elizaveta Bracht, our Global Connector.

Together, we bring decades of experience from every corner of the volleyball world. We have lived the game from the inside.

We have played at the highest level, coached, mentored, organised international events, built commercial partnerships, managed global competitions, developed brands, supported athletes and connected people across continents.

But the longer we worked in volleyball, the more we realised something important.

The most valuable lessons don’t happen only on the court.

They happen over dinner after training. During conversations on a bus across Europe. Walking through historic streets after a match. Meeting people who inspire you to dream bigger. Discovering cultures that change your perspective forever.

At Maison du Volley, we believe the environment is also a coach.

That is why we created much more than volleyball camps.

We create transformative experiences where elite sport, European culture, meaningful connections and personal growth come together.

Inspired by women and led by women, Maison du Volley is the first premium European volleyball experience company dedicated to helping athletes, coaches and volleyball communities grow—both on and off the court.

As former volleyball players ourselves, we know the sacrifices.

Now we want to make the journey easier—and more inspiring—for others.

Between us, we speak eight languages, have competed and worked around the world, are proud mothers, Olympic medallists and women with strong Slavic roots that taught us resilience, determination and generosity.
