ChicCoaches is Maison du Volley's international convention/retreat for women who coach — the first gathering of its kind in the sport. It brings together coaches from across the volleyball world to exchange ideas, build real connections, and open doors to new opportunities and roles. Alongside the professional side sits something just as important: confidence, new skills, and a genuine sense of sisterhood — a room full of women who already understand exactly what it takes to lead from that sideline.
